The fun adventure to the zoo!

Last week Monday, the year four's and year three's went for a long trip to the Auckland zoo. 
The first animal we saw were the baboons. The second animal we saw were the penguins. It looked  like the penguins were really shy  because they were hiding away from the people that came to see them. 
Then we saw the lions. It looked like the lions were sleeping but they were not sleeping. We then wandered around some more. 

Next we saw the meerkats. Our leader's let us go into the meerkat tunnels which was fun. We then had something to eat before we had our lesson. 

We had time to see one more animal which were the eels. The eels looked scary because they looked like they were going to bite me. If they did. I would cry because  it said  on a sign that eels can bite so you are not allowed to put your hands in the water. After seeing the eels we saw the tuatara and the gecko.

Finally, we had a little play at the dragon park. That park was really fun. We then went to another park but that park was really boring. 
We saw the spider monkeys next and then we went back to the place were people have to pay then we all went back on the bus to go back to school . It was a great day at the zoo!
