The Titanic was a ship that went on it's first and last voyage. The Captain was named John Smith and he was going to retire after this voyage.
The Titanic was 11 stories tall. The titanic had a crash because of an iceberg. It happened late at night on the North Atlantic ocean where the Titanic hit an iceberg.
Another ship sent a warning message but the Titanic didn't listen so the saftey boat's were flashing their light's because it was an emergency but it was too late. The Titanic already hit the iceberg and all the people on the Titanic were all running to the life boats but all the mother's and babies had to go on first.
Captain John Smith stayed on the Titanic. He said that what happened to the ship was my fault.
Passengers on the Titanic travelled in first class, second class or third class. First class passengers slept in the best rooms. They also ate in the best restaurants on the ship. First class passenger could exercise in the gymnasium or swim in the pool.
Third class passengers slept in comfortable rooms. They ate in good restaurants. The rooms and the food were better than what some passengers had at home. No wonder people called the titanic a floating palace. People these days build stronger ships.
