Did you know that the 1st class was the richest class out of the classes on the ship? The First class was the most expensive. First class passenger's slept in the best rooms, they also ate at the best restauraunts and could exercise in the gymnasium or swim in the pool.
The Second class passengers slept in comfortable rooms. They ate in good restaurant's and the rooms and the food were better than what some passenger's had at home. No wonder people were calling the Titanic a Floating Palace!
There were almost 900 people working on the Titanic. There was the crew who looked after the ship and the passengers. The crew had different jobs and worked in different parts of the ship and some of the crew worked in rooms at the bottom of the ship.
When the world's biggest ship, The Titanic, was being built, the Titanic was thought to be comfortable and safe. It would be able to carry more than 3, 500 people. The Titanic was built in Ireland and it was supposed to carry passengers between England and the United States of America.
Now people, these days build more Stronger Ships.
